<li>Monitoring peak thresholds across different time intervals (1, 5, 20, and 60 minutes) for heart rate, bike power, and run power.</li>
<li>Tracking running best efforts at 400m, 800m, 1600m, 5000m, and 10000m distances.</li>
<li>Identification of factors influencing peak thresholds/best efforts positively or negatively.
